Conference Room 100 — accommodates up to 20 people providing a multi-use room with a variety of set-ups available for your conference meeting requests.

Rogue Valley Banquet Room — accommodates up to 160 people, with a total of 1820 square feet and capable of being divided into two 910 square feet meeting rooms.

Meeting rooms have complimentary wireless internet. Conference calling capability and audio visual equipment is available.  Full service catering is available with a variety of menu options or our Executive Chef can design a menu suitable to your group’s requests or budget.

Whether you choose lunch, dinner or hors d’oeuvre reception, our Executive Chef will prepare your menu exactly as requested. Complimentary table linens and napkins to coordinate with your wedding colors are available.  China, glassware and silverware are included along with set up and clean up.

Rogue Regency Inn & Suites offers The Regency Grill restaurant, Chadwicks Pub & Sports Bar, Xpressions Hair & Nail Salon and A Swedish Tradition massage therapy, a large indoor pool and airport transportation for family and friends and a $4.99 hot made-to-order breakfast for our hotel guests in The Regency Grill.
